Julia's Legacy of Hope held another pillow making event with Victor J. Andrew High School students after school. The students volunteered their time to help make inspirational pillows for children/ teens with pediatric cancer in our community. The pillows are given to newly diagnosed families in the Cure It Hope Totes at Lurie Children's Hospital and Advocate Hope Children's Hospital where our daughter Julia received such wonderful care during her battle with Ewing Sarcoma at 16 and secondary cancer, AML at 19. Julia's Legacy of Hope carries on Julia's wish to bring awareness of pediatric cancer in teens/young adults and to help raise money for research and a cure! Thank you for your kindness and help students! Julia's pillows can also be purchased for 20.00 each. Please private message Leslie or Jeff if you would like to buy a pillow and help support our cause.
